It is a loop, not a line
The 3.2u exam assumes 3.1u. The theory is built into it. So a diver going for 3.2u, first time or resit, needs the 3.1u material sharp as well as the 3.2u material new.
Theory is where you understand the why. The Q&A is where you find out what stuck. The Flashcards are where you lock it in and keep it in. You can start anywhere, at either level.
