NDTPrep.com is run by Sean Fraenkel, a sole proprietor trading as NDTPrep, based in South Africa. In these terms, "I" and "my" mean NDTPrep, and "you" means the person buying or using a course.

By buying or using an NDTPrep course you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not buy.

NDTPrep sells online exam preparation courses for CSWIP underwater inspection certifications. You are buying access to study material. You are not buying a certification, an exam entry, or a qualification.

Course access runs for 12 months from the day you buy. There is no lifetime access. At the end of 12 months your access ends.

While your access is live you can use the course as much as you like, on any device you own.

The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. There is one price worldwide, charged in US dollars. There is no regional pricing and no local currency option. Your bank may apply its own conversion or fees, which are outside my control.

Payment is taken by Creem, operated by Armitage Labs OU of Tallinn, Estonia, acting as merchant of record. Creem handles the payment, the receipt and any tax due on the sale. Your card details are never sent to NDTPrep.

If a course is not working for you, tell me within 30 days of buying it and I will refund you in full. No questions, no conditions.

Email support@ndtprep.com with the email address you bought with. Once the refund is agreed your access to that course ends.

Refunds are returned to the card you paid with. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.

Your account is for you alone. Do not share your login, and do not let anyone else use your access. If an account is shared, I may close it without a refund.

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Every course, question, flashcard, video, diagram and download on NDTPrep is my own work and is protected by copyright. You may use the material to study. You may not:

• Copy, download or record the material to share it
• Sell it, give it away, or post it anywhere
• Use it to teach or train other people commercially
• Use it to build a competing product

If you do any of these, I may close your account without a refund and take further action.

I built these courses from the real syllabus and from 22 years offshore. They will prepare you properly. They cannot promise a result.

Whether you pass depends on your own study, your experience and your performance on the day. NDTPrep does not guarantee that you will pass any CSWIP exam, and is not responsible for an exam fee, a retest fee, or lost work if you do not.

I keep the courses in line with the current syllabus and correct errors when they are found. Standards and syllabuses change. Always check the current requirements with your exam provider before you sit.

If you spot something you believe is wrong, tell me at support@ndtprep.com and I will look at it.

I improve and update the courses regularly. Content may be added, rewritten or removed during your access period. Updates to a course you own are included at no extra cost.

I aim to keep the site and the courses available at all times. I cannot promise they will never be down. Access needs a working internet connection, which is your responsibility.

I may suspend or close an account that shares logins, copies the material, abuses the refund policy, or behaves abusively toward me or other students. Where a closure is my fault, I will refund the unused part of your access.

NDTPrep is study material. To the extent the law allows, my total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

If I change these terms I will update the date at the top of this page. The terms that applied on the day you bought are the terms that apply to that purchase.
