Why all three levels
There is no 3.4u theory. The 3.4u is 3.1u and 3.2u knowledge applied at management level and written up for marks. Part A of the exam is 50 multiple-choice questions on exactly that knowledge.
So the bundle gives you the drill tools for both levels underneath, and the Long Questions course for the written papers on top. It is the whole exam, not part of it.
